Lemonade

I bought some lemons at the farmer's market to make some old-fashioned lemonade as per the instructions in The Little House Cookbook. The result was far more refreshing than canned lemonade! I think I'm hooked on homemade lemonade as a summertime treat.

Lovely - I'll have to try that - my husband made homemade elderflower cordial a few weeks ago, which is also very refreshing.

I love the Little House cookbook. I need to make some homemade lemonade too, it's been a while since I have done so. Once you have had the "real thing" it is impossible to go back to anything else. :)
