Lily of the valley

Maybe someday we'll be able to transmit smells through the Internet, but until then, let me assure you that this little bundle of flowers from our backyard has the most heavenly scent!

They're beautiful! And I can very well imagine their lovely scent; it's one of my absoulute favourite scents!

Aurora, they are my favorites, too! I wear lily-of-the-valley perfume -- that's how much I like the smell. :-)

Lily-of-the-valley is my favorite flower. I had a bouquet of JUST lily-of-the-valley for my wedding. I guess it's the most expensive cut flower you can get, which I didn't know when I envisioned what I wanted, but it was the ONE thing I insisted on. Everything else I was flexible about, but I had to have just lily-of-the-valley for my bouquet. It was lovely.

Where do you get lily-of-the-valley perfume? I've been searching for some for, oh, five years!

Serena, I'd love to have just a lily-of-the-valley bouquet myself! Unfortunately it looks like our wedding will be at the wrong time of year for that, but perhaps I can splurge on a few sprigs to include in my bouquet. They are so beautiful and smell so wonderful.

I get my lily-of-the-valley perfume from Crabtree & Evelyn, but I think Caswell-Massey also carries some.
