St. David's Day

Inspired by the Welsh hymn concert we attended last Sunday, I decided to have a St. David's Day dinner tonight. On the menu:
  • Cream of Leek and Apple Soup
  • Welsh Rarebit
  • Winter Vegetable Medley
  • Green Salad
  • Pwdin Efa (Eve's Pudding)
  • Prince of Wales Tea
After dinner, we listened to a few Welsh songs courtesy of my Aled Jones CD.
